Fansigns: because somehow tumblr does not allow me to msg/submit anything to anyone, im unable to submit anything. so  for fansign winners, please check my blog regularly if i posted your fansign :) i might tag you according to your URL. if your url contains -, i will not include it. for example cookie-enchanted will be tagged as cookieenchanted. thanks :D if i get the chance to submit to you, be happy haha its so rare

Promo for promo? ask. i might :) if i said yes, please do it first and tag me as cookieenchanted (without - ) then i will go check it and do yours :) please dont delete the promo afterwards.

Regarding promos i give…. 

• for those “first * to reblog”, i wont delete them so it stays on the promotions page FOREVER. but
• for those VOTING promos (normally solo promo+rate) i will delete them after half a day or a few hours. this is cause each answered question is counted as a post, and theres post limit. so if i dont delete… theres a big problem. thanks for understanding <3333 SORRY if you didnt catch it, but pinky swear, i did :D ILY :D thanks for voting ^^
